My main question for the next AI generation is: What should I do?

I’ve had this hypothesis since March 2024 — “You don’t need many people to build and run a mega-valued company.”

I couldn’t find a way to test it until now.

The quality of the hypothesis never mattered — the mistake was trying to make it good instead of testing it fast.

Time to redefine my action strategy.
